  1. Log in to and click on the “Manage” button of the service you want to import your server to.

  2. On the left sidebar you will see a section called “Settings”. Click on it.

  3. In this section, on the right, you will see a section called “Server Importer”.

  1. Click on the “IMPORT SERVER” button.

  2. You will get a pop-up with all the options we are going to be reviewing now.

  • Type of server: You should choose SFTP or FTP, depending on what you have available on the other host.

  • User: The user to connect to the FTP or SFTP on the other host's server. If the other host is also based on the Pterodactyl panel, it will have a section similar to the one below. The username is what is censored in the screenshot.

  • Password: The password for your control panel account on the other host, or the FTP/SFTP password you have there.

  • Server ip: The IP that the other host gives you in their control panel for the server you have with them. Without the “sftp://” or the port.

  • Server port: The port that the other host gives you for the FTP/SFTP server there. Normally it is 2022.

  • Source folder: The folder from where the files from the server will be copied to the other host.

  • Destination Folder: The folder where the files will be pasted to the server in Retly.

  • Deletes all files from server: If you want to delete the files you have right now on the Retly server, before proceeding with the import.
