We consider as “Urgent Problems” all those that prevent the access and/or use of the contracted service. Below we establish what to do in each of these problems.
If you are trying to log into our Billing Panel or our Control Panel and you are not succeeding, you must open a ticket indicating the email you wrote in the purchase process and, if you wish, the password you want us to set for you. We will answer you as soon as possible within the hours that our support team is active, which is usually 24 hours a day minus the early morning in Spain.
If this is your case, open a ticket and we will attend you as soon as possible within the business hours.
Sometimes the Billing Panel fails, so this can happen. Simply open a ticket and we will manually increase the amount as soon as possible during our support team's business hours.
