How to Remove a Scheduled Cancellation of a Service

It may have happened that you have scheduled the cancellation of your service by mistake, when you were actually looking to do something else. In this article we will show you how to remove the cancellation request so that you can continue with your RetlyHosting service.

If your service is already cancelled instead of scheduled for cancellation, nothing can be done, your server was permanently deleted.

The steps are as follows:

1. Go to the Services section of the Billing Panel.

2. Click the Manage button.

3. Click the Cancel Options button.

4. Select the Do not cancel option.

5. Click Save.
