How to Download Files & Folders

If you want to download files from your server, you have three options: use our server's file manager, create a backup and download it, or use an SFTP client. We already have an article that explains how to manage your server's files using SFTP, so we won't repeat it here.

To download files and folders using the Control Panel:

• Create a backup and download it: We have another backup that explains how to create a backup. Once you have created one, simply click on the three dots on the right, and an option called "Download" will appear. Click on it to start downloading the backup.

• Use our file manager:

  • Downloading files: You can download a file by simply selecting it, clicking on the three dots on the right, and then clicking on the "Download" option.

  • Downloading folders: To download a folder, you first need to compress it. To do this, select the folder and click on the three dots. Click on Archive .zip file will be generated, and you can download it as a file, just as we explained in the previous step.
