Automatic Renewal

Having to manually pay our service bill every month can become one more hassle to worry about. If this is your case, we have your solution: automatic renewal, which allows you to withdraw the money from your bank card automatically every month, so that your server continues to operate without any problem.

Our system only allows you to add automatic renewal if the method you use to pay is your credit card.

How to Activate the Automatic Renewal

To activate the automatic renewal in your RetlyHosting account follow the steps below:

1. Login to your account in our Billing Panel.

2. In the Dashboard, click on the following section:

3. Select the Credit Card option (we accept both credit and debit cards) and click Continue.

4. Enter all the requested information and click on the Create Account button at the bottom right.

That's it! You now have the automatic renewal created.

How to Deactivate the Automatic Renewal

If you wish to deactivate the automatic renewal, please follow the process below:

1. Login to your account in our Billing Panel.

2. In the Dashboard, click on the following section:

3. Click on the arrow next to Edit:

4. Click Delete.

You're done! The automatic renewal with the linked bank card has been deactivated.
