I Can't Log In to the Control Panel

This is a common issue, but it has simple solutions.

• Solution 1: Make sure that the email you are entering belongs to your account. Ensure that there are no extra spaces and that everything matches perfectly (don't use uppercase letters if the original email had lowercase ones).

• Solution 2: Simply click on the FORGOT PASSWORD? option just below the login form. You will receive an email to reset your password.

If you don't receive any password reset email within a maximum of five minutes, please use our official support system.
