How to Change the Plan Tier of your Service

At RetlyHosting we have several ranges, from more affordable to more powerful, so that we can adapt as much as possible to your needs and those of your server.

The process of changing your plan tier is similar to changing your plan, but includes an additional step.

1. Go to your account in the billing panel.

2. Click on the “Manage” button of the service you want to change the range of the service.

1. Then, click on "Modify product".

1. Select the plan you wish to have from the range you want. The tier is specified in the plan name. Currently we have the Standard and Performance ranges, but in the future there could be more.

   In the case of the images I have contracted a 16GB server from the Performance range. If I wanted to keep the 16GB of ram but I want to switch to the Standard tier, I could select it as shown below:

1. Click on the continue buttons to get to the payment stage.

2. Once you have made the payment, you will have to open a ticket to change to a node of the tier you have switched to.
